LaBeouf and Mulligan didn’t end their relationship after his failed proposal.

A source for National Enquirer explained why they are still together following the rejection, saying Mulligan “assured Shia she adores him, but she just isn’t anywhere near ready to talk about marriage and starting a family.”

Hollywood superstar Michael Douglas has admitted that his ‘Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps’ co-stars are dating each other. The movie stars Shia Labeouf, Carey Mulligan along with Michael Douglas.
Michael Douglas is portraying the role of ruthless Gordon Gekko in the Wall Street sequel whereas British actress is in the role of his daughter, Winnie, and LaBeouf is her fiance, Jacob.
If reports are to believed the couple sparked speculation of an off-screen romance during filming.
Douglas also claimed that he tried stopping them but his efforts were in-vain. “I warned them ‘Do not ever do that!’ But they are an item and they are having a great time,” he said.
