Oxfam are offering fans the final chance to bid on Carey Mulligan’s BAFTAdress, which the actress kindly donated to Oxfam as part of the Oxfam Curiosity Shop. Stocked and staffed by a team of A-list celebrities, The Oxfam Curiosity Shop is Britain’s biggest charity pop-up shop.

The stunning black and white floor-length gown, by French label Vionnet, won the young star countless fashion plaudits and was photographed for magazine covers worldwide.

It is one of several A-list items auctioned online to enable keen fashion followers and fans from across the world the chance to bid for this wonderful souvenir item.
Carey said: “I’m honoured to be able to donate my Bafta dress to support Oxfam’s work helping women living in extreme poverty across the world.”
Funds raised from the sale of the dress will go to Oxfam’s women’s projects across the world including Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Democratic Republic of Congo, West Africa and South Africa. These projects protect, support and empower vulnerable women: campaigning against violence, empowering them to fight HIV and AIDS and offering the poorest girls the chance of education.
